At Mystere Paris, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order details. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation from our team.

Mystere Paris reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including product unavailability, payment issues, or operational reasons.
